my goodness archana, a day later and I'm still drooling. How is it I hadn't seen this before? Not to malign your science, because you rock at that too, but you really, really should own your own restaurant...And you gotta get these published, like in book form. Great writing, incredible pictures of incredible food. Thomas is too lucky! See ya at work.

Hi, while browsing, I accidently stumbled upon your website. Your cakes look so yummy and inviting. You are a pro in cake decoration. I am also interested in cake decoration. I definitely don't have your calibre though.

Do you have any idea what icing the bakeries in India use on christmas cakes. I am refering to the hard icing ( not the butter icing). We used to get those hard iced cakes in Kerala. Is it royal icing or glace. Please help if you know. Really craving for that icing

Archana,
You have the most AMZING blog/recipes/photos. You are the reason I have become so obsessed with food blogging (ahem, reading other's blogs, not actually authoring one..:-(). I do have 2 questions:
1. What kind of digital camera are you using (the clarity is amazing) and
2. What software are you using to get the watermarks on your photos?
Thanks so much!
