another amazing creation Archana. I wish I could see them in person (I dont think I would have eaten them, bcos they are very very beautiful. cutting them would be a disaster :D ).

your fresh fruit looks even fresher with this fabulous "basket"! Did you use dairy or non-dairy whipped cream? When I lived in Asia, I was so use to the taste of non-dairy cream taste... in here, I see many home bakers tend to use dairy cream more.
I think you've provided a link in your post (or I'm wrong?), but when I clicked on "here", nothing comes up.

Whereis MM
Thanks a bunch

Shammi
Thank you for your words of encouragement, I appreciate it a lot. Next time when you are visiting the US, include Oregon in the itinerary; there will be a cake waiting for you here.

Vineela
Thank you friend.

Shilpa,

Thank you, I am truly flattered.

Gattina
Thank you so much. I use diary whipping/heavy cream for making whipped cream. I have used nondairy whipped topping occasionally, but not for cakes. I have corrected it now; let me know if it is not working.

Madhu,Revathi,
Thank you so much

Peeya, Mary
Thank you so much for visiting Spicyana, thanks a bunch for these kind words

StarryN
Thank you so much, wish you were somewhere closer!

Manisha
Thank you so much. This cake was made for a barbecue. So ~20-25 friends shared it.

Krithika
Alright, will keep that in mind. Thank you

Sumi
Thank you

RP
Thank you. A shawl! It is really easy to do RP, try it out sometime.

KA
Oh, sure, sure… Thank you. I think it was just plain vanilla butter cream with a tinge of lemon and orange flavors (just enough to give a feeling of freshness). Basket weave requires sturdy icing, so I was left without much choice.

Tamana
Thank you

Annita
Thanks a bunch dear …

Pushpa, ISG
Thank you so much friends.

LG
Sure, please…..I always knew that you are one intelligent kid!!

Linda, Meena

Kitchenmate

Thank you, I am just elated to hear all these good words.
